time to nibble

time to put the feet up with a Cadbury Flake and watch an episode of NCIS.

It's been one of 'those' days. The one good thing to come out of it is that we have managed to secure one unabridged birth certificate out of Home Affairs - guess I start calling everyone on the list again tomorrow and see what is happening to the other one. :D

UPS were meant to deliver my Kindle today but after telling them when I would be at home and when I wouldn't be, they arrived flat bang in the middle of when I wasn't at home - typical. Crossing fingers for tomorrow.

I have another home bound morning tomorrow and I only have a zillion things to do, and UPS clearly couldn't give a 'sheeeet' that I have a birthday party to plan for on Saturday. Time for 'To Do' lists and such. I got so involved that by the time I phoned to confirm the lens I have rented for Saturday, it was 17:30 and after close of business. Thankfully the owner was very helpful and all is confirmed.

Time to chill...
