The gulls round here don't squawk - they cough. This is a council house chimney in Portree. As you can see the council is doing its bit to warm the planet. The only coal available comes all the way from China. China has a really bad record for mine safety. There is blood on every lump of coal. Council buildings all have lights on the outside that are left on constantly . Keeping warm is obviously important to Highland council. I will document the stupidity from time to time. Street lights - don't get me started on sodding street lights! Cough cough.
