Light breaking from the clouds

I didn't think I would have as perfect photo opportunity as this. I just came out of a meeting with a mortgage advisor feeling more positive about my situation than I have in years. I felt like there is a possibility of ' the sun coming out from behind the clouds' only for me to look in the sky & see the sun coming out from behind the clouds!

I'm not going to delve into my financials on my blip but things are better than I thought. I only have to worry about selling my place at a decent price. Hopefully the housing Market won't screw me over!

I'm going to try & keep this positivity up, hopefully it can affect other area of my life too.
