My new blip friend!
Oh my goodness I really have had SUCH a fantastic day :-)
This morning we went to Porthkidney Sands because I had seen it Molly the Gorgeous Collie there and I thought it looked fab.
It was HUGE! There was sooooo much sand. I had SO MUCH FUN. We stayed there for a few hours (although it took mum and daddy a while to get me back to the car because I REALLY didn't want to go!) then we drove into St Ives for our blip meet date with Molly the gorgeous Collie and BOY she was GORGEOUS!
I felt very scruffy when I met her. She had her gorgeous Cath Kidston bandana on and I was all covered in sand and stinky! She is very grown up and good but do you know what, I tipped her a wink and she followed me everywhere....we ignored the calls to go back to mum and Ann!! I ran off with my ball trying to say hello to everyone and Molly came with me....hee hee. It was great fun showing her how to misbehave for a bit!!
Then we decided that we had better behave for a while because we heard mum and Ann mention swimming. So we posed beautifully for some photos, giving our best smiles or endearing looks and it worked! We then got to go to a little beach that lets doggies on it! Wooooweeeeeeee TWO beaches in one day, TWO swims in one day and LOADS of doggie play.
Molly is a great swimmer just like me. Mum threw my tennis ball in for us but then ooops, it sunk! Molly and I had made a hole in it with all our playing so it sank straight away. I was everso worried, I swam round and round looking for it and Molly helped me. We gave up after a while and then just chased stones into the water too.
I really had SO MUCH FUN. Molly loves all the things I do. She loves being soaking wet and covered in sand, she loves the ball and she LOVES food :-) She is my kind of girl!
After the beach (which I REALLY didn't want to leave and refused to move!) we then had to do something that Ann and mum wanted to do (yawn) so we went to a beach bar and drank wine! Well mum and Ann drank wine. Molly and I sat under the table drying off. I was a bit bored and was tied to the table. At one point a bird landed near me and I nearly took off after it! Mum said it was almost like the bit in the film Marley and Me!! Just lucky that Molly didn't see it too otherwise we would have both chased it pulling the table behind us *giggle*
Daddy went canoeing whilst we had girlie time but then he came to pick us up and meet Molly and Ann. Mum was enjoying herself so much. Ann is lovely and the wine was lovely and the sun came out just for us. Mum said she never wanted to leave and to be honest, neither did I!
Thanks Molly and Ann for a lovely afternoon xxx
Bye for now
Lily xxx
ps there were sooooo many good photos. We really didn't know which ones to use. We are going to upload the rest to facebook and flickr when we have time.
