What a hot day!

I don't usually listen to my iPod on public transport these days. Not after I watched an episode of Luther Season 2 when a mad lad goes mental with a hammer at Liverpool Street Station killing loads of commuters.

Anyhow, the tube is so horrific to travel on at the moment that the only way to distract myself from the smells and proximity of random strangers is to 'plug in and tune out'.
Quite frankly a hammer attack might actually be more fun than 24 minutes on the Central Line.

Highlight - a double espresso followed by a Fruit Booster for the train ride home listening to Talking Heads.

Lowlight - Why do so many people smell so bad on the Underground. Toothpaste and deodorant have been invented haven't they???
