Brown cow

Went over to Chapman's well on a broody hot morning - the cows were lying down and we know what that means!

Saw lots of linnets, reed buntings, willow warblers and willow tits and best of all heard 2 and saw 1 grass-hopper warblers - my first this year!

It rained later of course and my drainpipe is still not fixed!
