Creich Church in Bonar Bridge.
Was visiting my parents, and this was taken on the return trip this evening. I like the blue lighting of the spire on this church, it always gives me a giggle when I see it. Especially at the thought of traditionalists' disapproving looks, and raised eyebrows. I'm sure it's caused a few, along with whispers. If you've ever been to Turkey, you'll be well familiar with the brightly coloured lighting used on many of the mosques. It certainly makes it memorable, and creates a talking point. Which was probably the intention.
The only church outside lighting I've noticed elsewhere in the Highlands, has been the standard white(ish) variety, as used here on the lower walls.
