No Beef Here!

Finally, the end of the Argentinian Beef.

I was thinking of doing something Mexican w/this ancient (nearly as old as me!) cookbook.

In the end nostalgia got the better of me and I ended up making something from a lot closer to home.

I certainly had no beef with how damned tasty it was.
