Silly Geese

My Dad had a saying which I remember so very well from when we were all kids. Whenever we did something stupid he would say "Silly Geese". Only later when I started to notice the antics and mannerisms of geese for myself did I get the truth of what he said.

Another of his sayings in such circumstances was, "You silly Ibex". Have yet to see an Ibex though.

By the way, after all his recent troubles, my dear old Dad is back in his own home and so delighted to be out of hospital. He's doing ok too but needs watching carefully to make sure he's looking after himself.
