It's time...

... for a clearout. Was shocked to see how many painkillers I've taken over 3 months - some of them say not to take for more than 3 days as danger of dependence. If I'm to start getting out on my own I have to kick the meds, so not taken any today, which may have been a little premature as I just fell over trying to walk from the shower without crutches. Mostly bruising to my pride though, no lasting damage that I can see.
