The gang

Well this is the gang. 8 young musicians 16 -18 years old doing a two week solid tour of Argyll & the Isles. 5 the same as I had last year and 3 nw ones. The new ones are a bit shy and inexperienced so its a steep learning curve for them but I am certain they will know by the end of the two weeks whether they will want to be full time musiciians or not!
Tonight they played , sang & danced their socks of for three hours with only one ten minute break in the George hotel in Inveraray and went down a storm. the audence stayed and listened for the entire evening which shows just how good they were. They also got good local support.

Tomorrow evening they will be performing in Kilmartin and this will be a concert set so if they nail this one, the rest will fall into place. They are also going to perform the Gaelic version of Down to the River to Pray so wish them luck as its lovely.
