Niagara Canadian Horseshoe Falls
We were on our way to Kingston, Ontario for the Canadian Guitar Festival and decided to stop in Niagara Falls, Ontario for the night.
We've been here before, but decided to do some of the touristy things for a change. We rode the Sky Wheel. A giant ferris wheel with enclosed climate controlled capsules. That was nice. Great views and I got a few good pictures. Unfortunately, it was very cloudy and hazy. So the visibility was poor. But still fun.
Then we headed over to the Louis Tussaud Wax Museum. I was there when I was a child, but of course the characters change over time and it was very interesting. It's kind of creepy how real some of them look.
Then we finished the evening with a ride to the top of the Skylon Tower to see the Falls lit up at night. Very beautiful. Just imagine how spectacular it would be on a clear night.
