Okay.. flowers again

I was away over the weekend for lots of partying in Manchester, and therefore had no access to a computer. And I didn't actually take any pictures :O Before you spit out your tea in shock, you avid blippers youuuuu.. I decided to just enjoy the weekend instead of worrying about capturing it. I have memories, that'll do :)

Anywhoo, since getting back I've sort of fallen out of love with my camera a bit. Im on the verge of spending hundreds on a really top notch camera, is it worth it blippers?
"Its all about how you use your camera that'll get you a good picture" says my dad. Is it really?

Well its either that or lack of inspiration of things to photograph is getting me down. So heres some, erm.. can anyone help with the name of these flowers? I sort of had to stand in someones garden to photograph them but I LOVE the massive yellow bit!
