All will be revealed

Thanks to all those who had a guess at what I was doing at Gatwick. Soaringhigh was the closest but then he did have an advantage as we had discussed it at the weekend.

A colleague and I have just spent a couple of days at Gatwick airport getting to know their new snow clearing equipment.

We have to write a training course for their instructors to use to train the drivers and then go down and train their instructors.

These are a few of the many photos I took for us to use while we write the course, but also for our own interest - and blip of course.

Each of these vehicles is worth a cool 1/2 mill and there are nine of them at the moment. The easyJet plane had just landed and was taxi-ing in front of my colleague so there may have been a few worried passengers on board seeing snow ploughs practicing so near to them.

A couple of long, hot, tiring, dusty but fun days. Now the hard work starts!
