Westminster - slow shutter speed

Trying out the slow shutter app on the way into work this morning. Think I have to find a way of holding the iPhone steady for a long time. Putting it on a wall wasn't quite the answer. Although I do quite like the elongation effect that rocking the camera backwards has produced.
