Time keeps on ticking.

A truism I believe especially for older folk.
We are halfway through the year and soon it will be Christmas!!
Clocks have been in the news locally with the Town Hall (pictured )5 mins slow and various others either fast or stopped.
This one chimes on the quarter hour
