LAVA ART

As we have come to the end of the drilling campaign here in Equatorial Guinea we were taken to a new hotel run by Sofitel for dinner. No expense has been spaired and it is in a very beautiful setting with an 18 hole golf course that is still maturing.
Although it is a beautiful hotel i find it hard hard to see where they are going to get their clientele from as EG is a very poor country.
I was not happy with the landsacpe pictures i took as it was grey and overcast but i liked this carving from the lava rock on a small island that is just offshore which you can walk around.
The food was first class so all in all a good day.
