Gluten free bread rolls

We had planned a trip to the museums today, but it was bucketing down this morning (still is, mid-afternoon) and although the museums are indoors, we would have got very wet walking from the bus stop, so we decided to do something else instead.

We decided to make white and brown gluten free rolls and these are the results. Although they look a little pale, we ate some, warm for lunch and they tasted good, although they were a little harder than they should have been. I blame my daughter's oven which has never been the same since it was mended.

Tomorrow we have to do the housework so everything is clean and tidy for the weekend, so we can go shopping on Saturday and out for lunch on Sunday.
