The end

Ok so it was technically the beginning of the season...the footy one!

This sight screen looked so sad and lonely in the middle of the neglected cricket field with the sun setting behind it. Only a week ago it was alive with a mass of kids in white. Now they have donned their studs and knee pads and have turned their attentions to a different game.

The only thing that hasn't changed is us parents, still propping up the club bar and munching on cheesy chips!
