I had intended taking the Cygnet to feed the ducks today - but it was peeing with rain ........... maybe tomorrow.

Instead we all played and read books and he went to bed - but didn't sleep. But quiet time does him good anyway.

We visited our dying friend this afternoon.
Once again she has rallied slightly after a dose of radiotherapy but her memory is shot to hell and she is driving her family batty.

The buggy was on her doorstep for two of her grandchildren.
They were both inside being happy and riotous
