The empty playground

My did it rain today? The heavens opened and huge quantities of water fell on us.

By this evening it was dry and mild. I walked through the village and enjoyed the peace and calm atmosphere. The playground next to the school was deserted, so I practised doing some panning. This is a technique I want to improve, so I now have about 50 images of this swing......... At least it does convey movement, and if emphasises the emptiness of the play area when all the children had gone home to bed.

Still very busy with the festival, and expect to be for a few days. The pdf proof has been amended and tomorrow I'll see the printed version. Looking very good so far.
