Off to Lyme Regis

We had to get up early, like 4am early, I was not keen, and didn't understand what was going on, all I knew, is I wanted my breakfast, then we could do whatever they liked! not long after getting up I was having my coat on, being put in the pushchair, daddy grabbing a few big bags, and out the door we went, mummy mentioning something about a 555am train that had to be got...! Puzzled but not complaining, I let it go.
daddy kept giving mummy coffee to prevent her getting grumpy, and I was content getting excited, and winding up daddy, We spent 2 hrs on the train, then waited at a station, before getting on another train! I slept at this point, bored, not really knowing still what was going on! I woke up on a bus, gave the parents a puzzled look, shrugged and held my hand out for food.
Not long later, round 930am, we got off the bus, and waited, suddenly a lady came running to wards us, a pushchair in front!
Hang on I knew that face from photo's, are you telling me those pictures showed a real person, squealing in delight, as mummy was grabbed in a hug, I said my first proper hello to Katie and her Mummy Not long later I was saying hello to Erin and Jack and their mummy!
Soon we were off to the beach, stopping in puddles on the way, I was running along with the others, whilst the parents nattered,
It was like they had always known each other, daddy plodding along behind, leaving them be, taking pics as above!
The beach was fantastic fun, I ate sand, oh yes a lot of sand, it was yummy, I went into the sea, and Katies mummy splashed me and threw me in the air!
We were there most of the day, daddy got very burnt legs, silly daddy,
we had a picnic, and I ate more sand, I didn't want it to end, when the twins had to go home :( but was happier knowing, were were staying with Katie, oh this is my idea of fernie fun!
We went for a walk later on, down into town, Katie chattering aways, I was content listening before sneaking in and stealing monkey when she was not looking!
It wasn't long before it was time for bed, it had been a long but such a fun day, roll on Wednesday for more fun!!
