Daffodil

A little bit of Daffodil Folklore:

The center of the daffodil cup is said to contain the tears of Narcissus.

The name for daffodil is believed to originate from "Affo dyle" meaning "that which cometh early."

When applied to a soldier, it means that they are nice to look at but yellow through and through.
