Shasta Eruption

It looked like Mt. Shasta was erupting as we headed down Hwy. 97 toward our hotel in Redding, CA. We had been delayed by road construction and were hurrying to make town before it got dark, but I couldn't resist photographing this impressive mountian. I shot it from a number of angles as we drove around it, but this was the best "eruption" shot of the bunch.
