The editing that went into the final version wasn't a great deal. Tweaked the RAW file slightly to brighten the shot and increased the clarity. Then, processed using Silver Efex Pro in Photoshop CS4 and a strong infrared low contrast preset... and adjusted the tones using slight coffee colours to warm it up a tad. Then, a bit of dodging and burning to bring out a bit of the detail... sharpened the edges. And done.

Tip of the Day:
Kinda notice that when I'm lazy I fall into the same old bits of editing - and if I find myself doing the same sorta thing over and over, then recording those steps using an Action is handy.
