Horse #3 -Prineville Plaza style

Today I spent the day in Prineville with my daughter and her family. The town courthouse is a wonderful ivy-covered building with a white clock tower. That was going to be my blip today, but as I was driving away I saw this horse and its rider. I drove around the block to get pictures of this horse statue, Prineville Plaza style. I'll try the courthouse another day!
