Caramel croissant pudding

A really busy day, though I did have a quick drink in the Cafe Royal with a few current and ex colleagues. Among the post work crowd was Irvine Welsh having a quiet drink too.

Back at home Kitty was keen to do some cooking and used some croissant that had inexplicably not been eaten to make Nigella Lawson's Caramel croissant pudding. Just in case the croissants doused in double cream, milk, beaten egg and bourbon wasn't rich enough, she drizzled some melted chocolate on the side too. Mmm
