A trip to the country!

We had another lazy morning this morning, Kaz went for a run and Spence and I read a million more books! We left about 11 to go and get the washing machine we bought off eBay yesterday to replace the one here that doesn't work properly! We got there a bit early so went and had lunch at the Grand Ridge Brewery which is in a building that used to be the butter factory in the area. They now brew beer there and also have a bar and restaurant.

I took this photo from the back yard of the house of the people we picked the washing machine up from! They have a property in the country with lovely trees and view! I liked the trees that were starting to blossom!

We came home and went for a walk in the afternoon. We headed down to the beach but when we got there, the tide was really high and there was no sand to walk on! I have never seen it that high! There is normally heaps of sand! We watched the waves for a while then came home!

There is rain and thunderstorms out tonight, our fire is going, Spence is about to go to bed then Kaz and I are going to watch Avatar on our 51 inch TV!!
