Burger

I love burgers.

Pure unadulterated beef or to season to add a bit of a sparkle? That is the question.
Add bacon, add cheese, add onion, add salad, add a hash brown?

This burger is lean minced beef with lots of cracked black pepper and a pinch of chilli. It's wearing a cheddar cheese and red onion chutney hat and is laying on a bed of spinach whilst wearing an armour which is lightly toasted and wholemeal.
