Overtaken on foot by the otherwise well covered-up pedestrian in Dublin Street.

Got the impression from his confident gait that this wasn't his first time to go barefoot. Maybe he's a member of the Society for Barefoot Living - "Going barefoot is the gentlest way of walking and can symbolise a way of living ? being authentic, vulnerable, sensitive to our surroundings.
