lost ball

Today we had some mighty heavy showers which caused some flash floods. I took the dogs out down by the river to find that it had burst its banks in places and was a coffee coloured torrent. Some poor little mite was obviously minus their ball, as I spotted it bobbing along in the middle of the muddy mess. I had all on to stop the dogs jumping in to get it! Wonder where it will end up?
