These boots were made for walking

We are up in Aviemore for a few days to escape. It was pretty chilly this morning and grey all day but we got out and about anyway.

Mrs42 volunteered to carry Miss42 for some of our walk, but when we got to the quiet roads we took her out so she could run/stagger along. She's got some new (to her - thanks sis) boots and she loved stomping along in them.

We're staying in a wooden chalet with pretty thin walls so Mrs42 and I are sitting here in silence (me with the dial up modem tethered to my Blackberry, her with her puzzles) as Miss42 sends herself off to sleep ... and then we'll be creeping about so as not to wake her up!
