Pollution.

The farmers use this plastic stuff to wrap the hay - bales.
I have seen so much of it caught on fences, hedges and trees, it seems that they don't bother to dispose of it away from where it is removed to feed the animals.

It would be nice if it was not hanging around for such a long time.
