Lunch with Al and Fresco

'There was a little old lady, who was walkin down the road
She was struggling with bags from Tesco
There were people from the city havin lunch in the park

Lunch was the most expensive combination of the Boots Meal Deal. A Naked Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie (£2.50), Tuna Pasta Salad (£2.60) and Mixed Fruit Bowl (£1.90). All for £3.79

Eaten in a churchyard of Wardour Street.

Dinner was with my team at Belgos at Chalk Farm on a team night out.

Lowlight - Not being able to drink strong Belgium Beer at Belgos because of my sore gums.

Highlight - Eating a kilo pot of fresh mussels at Belgos in London and avoiding the shot rails.
