Run in the rain

Not a great picture but it kind of sums up my Sunday morning routine of a 5 mile run, wherever I may be. I find its a great way to blow away the cobwebs of Saturday night!
Today it was Carradale beach in the rain with light quality very poor. Its almost 29 years to the day since I started running by setting myself the target of making it along this 1 mile beach and back. My thinking was that if I couldn't enjoy running in such a beautiful area there was no point in starting.
All these years later I may be slower but still enjoy my Sunday morning 'fix'.
