Stanley Steam Car steaming

Today was the 47th Annual Rally of the Garioch Vehicle Restoration Society, held at the Pleasure Park in Oldmeldrum. The weather was poor and there were not as many vehicles on show as normal ... but those that were there were looking great.

This pic is of a 1910 Stanley Steam Car (yes, its 101 years old) returning to the park after doing the road run, passing a parked 1930s Ford Popular.

I think that the folks who brought their cherished vehicles out to display them in such poor weather conditions really deserve a great deal of praise.
