Rose

Went over to my Aunty Jean's house this morning - we always go over and have breakfast with her when we've stayed over for the rugby. We could stay at hers, she wouldn't mind, but it is a 25 minute walk from her nearest station and there aren't as many trains either so we stay a bit nearer.

My mum is staying with her this week, having left my dad at home. They are getting out and about all over the place, they're heading into London tomorrow. Most of the day, they play cards, my mum wins most of the time apparently. There are 4 sisters and 2 brothers and whenever they get together, they play cards, normally for money. My cousin and her son also came over for breakfast - her mum is another one of the sisters but she's in Spain, otherwise she would have been there too.

This gorgeous rose in the garden was a gift from Jean's neighbour who has also planted some tomato plants for her (annoyingly they are doing better than mine!) and some sunflowers too.
