Crocosmia

Lots of birds in the garden today having a bit of a nut fest - cost me a fortune they do!

The crocosmia have grown very tall this year and a huge bunch have collapsed under their own weight so I went out to cut them - better in a vase in the house than lying on the ground.

I have realised that at almost four foot they're far too big for any vase that I own so in the words of that guy from Jaws [well almost!!] ... I think I'll need a bigger vase!!!
