Preparing dinner

A snatched blip today as we prepare the sauce for the courgette bake.

Many thanks for the suggestion of what to do with excess courgettes from Kiwi Lizzy and I seem to remember Rainie making a Zucchini cake some time earlier in the year - I must try and see if I can find it.

A bit of a mixed day today - some rain this morning and sun this afternoon. Probably not as bad as some people in the UK have had. A day to sort through photographs, make a start on clearing out the conservatory and some time repacking the shed!

The days gone and food is nearly ready. Work tomorrow - not many more days now!
