And we're off to a flying start with a pre-season tournie turning on it's head for the hosts Lenzie Boys FC.

There has been much discussion about the re-signing, the new signings and the ridiculously large size of the new strip - tie tight and fold over twice before tucking in the top boys and it should stay up. But today, despite the torrential rain the ACO Under 15's boys had a great run out and swooped the cup from under their noses. A cup from the West coming through to the East - Eat yer hearts out Rangers.

The girl also returned to gym today and had a pre gym stretching session this morning. Despite this she is already in bed and complaining of sore muscles.

All this exercise talk ties in nicely with Mrs Rusty Klickers 20/20 challenge. I know she will succeed but the real question is, will I ever get started? Only time will tell.
