Pork 3 Ways

I cooked this for tea tonight, it consisted of a pork fillet prepared in 3 different ways; Peking sesame pork, pan seared pork with gorgonzola and balsamic sauce and apricot stuffed pancetta wrapped pork fillet all served with crushed pots and baby greens.

Rubbish photo I'm afraid, but I can definitely say it tasted good! Back to werk tomorrow, boo!
