Upton Vale

Day two at cookery school and we finished off making lots of yummy things. The biggest surprise to me was how light my choux pastry profiteroles turned out and how yummy and easy they were to make. Defibitely be making them again.

After school, hubby picked me up and we ate my sticky toffee pudding and clotted cream in the car park before heading off for a drive in the rain!

After a little chill time we headed to the evening service at Upton Vale Baptist church where we were made to feel very welcome. And as visitors we had to have our cup of coffee after the service in a china mug rather than a polystyrene cup! Very nice. I blipped a bit of the wall outside!

Then out for a meal and back to bed!
