Prairie dog village
To spare you from more beautiful red rocks and views (for the time being) I took this pair of Prairie Dogs as we were leaving Bryce National Park.
The shuttle bus driver had told us about them the previous day as we set off for our rim and in canyon trails.
At first I couldn't see any thing but they were everywhere and I managed to get quite close to this pair. One was just coming out of it's hole and appeared to be kissing the other one and it came out quite well with a bit of cropping.
