Rachels 9th Birthday Party

My lovely clean house is now looking a bit worse for wear..... But it was worth it!

5am........ Mummy, can I open my presents yet??? No Rachel, go back to bed!!

This year Rachel wanted a "Build a Bear party, so we took 7 kids over to MK. It was excellent and Rach and her friends loved it. (Especially the song bit).

4.30pm (ish) people started arriving at the house for party number 2. I have a great hubby who did the cooking (and so did his brother Ray, and Darren). Thanks to Trina / Grandma for the cake and the prep of the salads etc, my brother and mum for blowing up space hoppers and endless balloons. I can't believe I forgot the Pimms and prizes.

The kids had a great time doing the photo treasure hunt (but the adults - The Muppets), won the challenge for being the most creative!!! Especially Colin and the horse trials.

At 10pm (ish) everyone went home. Matt and I sat around the fire pit before we started on the washing up!!!

Another year gone.....

What will we do next year????
