On the roof

Does this take shopping to a higher level?
Spotted these men on the roof just as I was getting back into the car after doing some shopping and wondered how I was supposed to take advantage of their proclamation. Not sure what Food Hygiene and Health & Safety would think!
Had a great sunset, too.
