I've no problem with paying for my parking, and I appreciate the need to police this, but do these clowns really need to enjoy their job so much? I've paid for my parking so stop walking around my car and jog on!

I think my shouting this through the closed window may have confused and concerned the chap as he quickly moved on afterward.
