Fellow blipper?

Finally got out for my birthday meal with the family.Mark and Clare are so busy it's taken some organising.
Sat in the Crown at Kirkletham,spyed this chap taking a photo of the pub.Just managed to grab a shot through the window whislt wondering if he was a blipper.
