TERMINAL 5 HEATHROW

Passed through the infamous terminal 5 twice, which if the papers are to be believed, is home to the world's most incompetent baggage handlers.
I have to report that on the way out they did not manage to lose our bags which was obviously good, however on the way back, they also didn't manage to lose the bags, hmm interesting no?
