The Sweet Shoppe

Some context - finally made the trip to visit the parents this summer in the UP. Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Random maybe but - my parents go there every summer for about 3 months. I used to go when i was in grade school but had stopped once i hit college - got too busy i guess.
I hadn't been in about 17 years was what we came up with. Crazy. God I'm old...
Took the wife up for just a few days and had a great time. The next few days of pictures are from our trip and I'm going to post a few extra in an album.

One night after dinner we hit the Sweet Shoppe in Curtis. About 6miles away from the cabin. Used to be the highlight of the night when i was younger. And now days - very nostalgic. A landmark of my youth. Still if only a few summers - you don't forget the Sweet Shoppe. And not to my surprise - it was exactly the same.
Im sure others have better or thicker memories of the Sweet Shoppe - but i like mine.
