Akbaba NW Top

The NW Top of Akbaba is the high point on the plateau on the right and beyond it (on the left) is the main summit of Akbaba. We should have been on the main summit today but recent PKK (Kurdish separatists) activity cause the army to close the valley from which we would have climbed the mountain. The NW Top was a last minute alternative that provided another great day in the hills as well as some distant views of rare wild mountain goats.
